The Training Development Academy was founded in 2010 by an inspirational women, Sharon Martin. Driven by ambition and determination a company was started - TDA. The basis? To provide dental practices nation wide with an 'easy' and manageable approach to the ever tightening band of compliance and adding the sparkle needed to flourish into a 'best practice' environment, which is the foundation for growth and empowerment.


Sharon's passion and success stems from the strategic planning and systemically implementation of 'the patient journey' 


from the first telephone inquiry to nailing the high end treatment coordination meeting with a patient, she has proven to maximize production, increase profits and create a harmonic environment for dental practices all over the country.
